"FIRST TIME PAIRING: Open the charging case, and you will find two headsets. One is Left (L) and other is Right (R). The Left (L) headset is the Master headset. The Right (R) headset is the Secondary headset. Remove the yellow colour peel off stickers from the back side of both the headsets. Place both of them back inside the charging case, you will see red colour Charging lights on both the headsets. Now, Remove both the headsets from the charging case. Please do not remove only one, Now pair iBall EW TW10 with your device Reset Process in case if you find connection issues: Turn Off both the headsets together. You will see Red light blinking and headsets will get Power Off and now release the buttons, Now long press both the headsets for 7~8 seconds till you will Pink LED on both the headsets for 2 times and then release the buttons. Place both the headsets back in charging case, Now remove both the headsets together, follow the First Time Pairing steps once again.
