● 1+ Yrs Exp in Inbound Customer Care ( International BPO - Voice Process )
● Excellent in English Communication Skills
● Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on customer queries

Roles & Responsibilities
● Maintain a good relationship between customers and the company.
● Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
