Orders & Payments

You can place an order by selecting your desired product, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and complete the payment.
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets on eligible products.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the payment to reflect.
In most cases, the issue is resolved automatically within this time.
If the payment does not reflect after 24 hours, kindly contact our support team at care@vlebazaar.in with your transaction ID for further assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can also track orders from your Vlebazaar account dashboard.
We offer a 7-day return/replacement window for most products. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We offer a 7-day return/replacement window for most products. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Login to your account > Orders > Request Return/Replacement. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and quality-checked.

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
