Log in to your account on vlebazaar.in. Go to "My Orders" under your account dashboard. Find the order for which you want the invoice. Click on "View" or "Order Details". You'll see a "Download Invoice" option—click to download. If you face any issues, feel free to contact us at support@vlebazaar.in.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

You can cancel your order by visiting the My Orders section in your account and clicking the Cancel button (available only if the order is still processing).

If the cancel option is not visible, it means the order has already been packed or shipped and cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery (if eligible).

You can place an order by selecting your desired product, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and complete the payment.

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets on eligible products.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the payment to reflect. In most cases, the issue is resolved automatically within this time. If the payment does not reflect after 24 hours, kindly contact our support team at care@vlebazaar.in with your transaction ID for further assistance.

We offer a 7-day return/replacement window for most products. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Login to your account > Orders > Request Return/Replacement. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and quality-checked.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can also track orders from your Vlebazaar account dashboard.
