Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. An account is needed to place your order. You can sign up using any email address and phone very easily.

How can I cancel my order?

Go to 'My Orders' section and click on Cancel Order. Cancellation is not allowed if product has been shipped.

What shipping methods do you provide?

We use a network of trustworthy courier partners to pick up the items from the seller and deliver them to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes generally 3-4 days for an order to get delivered. However, the maximum time limit is of 10 Days depending on the location of the seller and the customer.

What is your return policy?

We offer a standard 10-Return Period during which customers can replace/return their orders depending on what the product is.

My transaction failed but the money is deducted from my account. What should I do?

Don't worry. The amount is reversed automatically and should reflect back in your account in 24 hours.

I would like another copy of my invoice. How can I get one?

Go to the 'My Orders' section and you can download the pdf invoice there.
